Fee changes log
When processors, marketplaces, or the IRS publish new rates, sellers often notice only after a payout looks wrong. This page lists dated changes already reflected in CardFeeCalc's calculators, each linked to the official source. Last verified: October 8, 2026.

FAQ
- Are my numbers sent to a server?
- No. The math runs in your browser and nothing typed is uploaded or stored.
- What counts as a fee change on this log?
- Only rate or fee-base updates that CardFeeCalc already models and that we can tie to an official source—pricing or help pages, IRS notices, or in rare cases an official company support channel (for example Square Community for a dated announcement). We do not list rumors or press-only reports.
- How do rate change alerts work?
- Join the rate-alerts list (free). One sign-up record stores your address and notes which updates you asked for (rate alerts and/or the API waitlist). We will email you when a tracked rate changes once alerts start; until then, check this page. Reply to any alert or email [email protected] to unsubscribe. No payment is required.
- How is this different from IRS email updates?
- The IRS offers e-News subscriptions (for example Newswire or Guidewire) for tax news. That is separate from CardFeeCalc. This log and optional list cover only the rates this site tracks in its calculators, including IRS mileage when we update the tool.
